Refund & Cancellation Policy — Craft

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations andrefund requests are handled for paid Craft subscriptions. It applies tocustomers who purchase paid monthly or annual plans via Craft’s website orbilling system.

1. Cancelling YourSubscription

  • You may cancel a paid subscription at any time by:
       
    1. Signing into your Account Administrator portal and canceling in      billing/settings; or
    2.  
    3. Contacting our support team at craft.support@invince.com

  • Cancellation prevents automatic renewal. Your paid access and     features remain available until the end of the current paid billing     period.
  • After cancellation takes effect, your account will revert to the     free plan at the end of the billing period, unless you re-subscribe.

2. RefundEligibility — General Rule

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in this Policy. By default, we do not provide     refunds for partial use, unused time, or change of mind. This non-refund     policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

3. Exceptions —Service Failure or Billing Errors

We will consider a refund (full or pro-rata) in the followingcircumstances only:

  1. Payment Processing Errors: If you were     charged due to a system or processing error (for example, duplicate     charges caused by our payment processor) and the error is not attributable     to you, we will refund the erroneous charge after investigation. Please     contact support with relevant evidence (transaction IDs, screenshots, bank     statements).
  2. Material Service Failure: If Craft     experiences a prolonged, verifiable service outage or functional failure     that prevents you from using material features you paid for and we cannot     restore service within a reasonable time after we are notified, you may be     eligible for a pro-rata refund for the period during which the Service was     unusable. Decisions on such refunds are at Upside’s discretion following     investigation.
  3. Unauthorized Charges: If you     believe an unauthorized charge has occurred on your payment method, notify     us immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, reverse the     charge.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact support at craft.support@invince.com within 30days of the charge and include evidence to help our investigation.

4. Trials and FreePlan

  • Craft’s free plan is offered indefinitely and is not a time-limited     trial of a paid plan. There are no refunds because the free plan does not     involve payment. If we introduce free trials for paid plans in the future,     the terms for those trials and any refund conditions will be communicated     at the time.

5. Downgrades andSeat Reductions

  • Downgrading a subscription or reducing seats will take effect in     the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time     in the current billing period when you downgrade. If you add seats or     upgrade mid-term, charges for the added seats or upgraded plan may be     billed pro-rata.

6. FailedTransactions & Chargebacks

  • If a payment fails and funds are held or debited by your bank,     contact your bank and our support team. We will cooperate to resolve the     issue. If a chargeback is initiated via your bank or card issuer, we will     investigate and may provide evidence to the card issuer. If a chargeback     is reversed in our favor, you may remain liable for the original charge     and any associated fees.

7. Method &Timing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The     processing time depends on payment processor and banking networks; refunds     typically appear within 7–14 business days but may take longer. We are not     responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

8. Disputes &Appeals

  • If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by     contacting our support escalation team at craft.support@invince.com with additional information. We will review appeals in good faith.

9. Changes to ThisPolicy

  • We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our business     practices. Material changes will be posted on our website with the     effective date and, where appropriate, notified to account administrators.
